IT WAS THE BIGGEST PLATFORM OF INNOVATION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION. AND IT NEEDED A POWERFUL PUSH.

MAD Jam, the Make a Difference Jamboree was an idea deeply embedded in the innovative idea led culture of HCL. It was an annual competition to discover the biggest idea from the entire organization. The top innovators competed for the award, with teams from around the world presenting their ideas to an eminent jury. The winning team was the most celebrated and recognized team of innovators in HCL. For this particular year, the competition had been scaled up, and a symbol was needed to capture the imagination of every HCLite. We came up with the idea of the most sought after crown of HCL, but that was just the beginning.

As the crown took shape, the submission of idea entries kicked off.
