The Employees First, Customers Second philosophy of HCL Technologies had resulted in a vibrant entrepreneurial environment across the organization. It was nothing short of a start-up culture. That was the seed from which the idea of using the ‘s’ of start-up as a visual burr emerged. It became the central theme of a recruitment centric marketing campaign.

We used actual employees in the ads, and the campaign ran for over three years across multiple media for recruitment, on-boarding, lateral shifting, work culture communication, recruitment vendor communication, internal communication and much more.
